Library Auto Scan Broken and 'Dashboard' has ended streams still showing?

Hi there,
For the last 2ish months, my Plex Media Server on Windows 10 has had the issues stated above. It doesn’t automatically scan when new media is added, and it also doesn’t Scan Periodically, no matter which option I choose. I will scan if I MANUALLY tell it to, or if I restart the Plex Media Server, every day which I currently have to.

This brings me to the other infuriating issue I’ve been having. If someone pauses a stream, or even completes a stream, no matter what device they stream from, the Dashboard always keeps their stream showing. At one point it showed that 47 people were streaming at the same time, because every time someone finished an episode, it would keep that stream showing.

I have been doing all of the updates in hopes that it would be fixed, but nothing has worked. I have done some Googling but also that hasn’t helped. It was working perfectly up until 2 months ago. I’ve been a Plex Pass user for quite some time and never had an issues, but lately I’ve had these two issues, as well as a few server crash issues!

Any advice would be appreciated!

i cant imagine 47 wstreams at once lol

Yeah exactly! The most actual streams that have been at once I have had is 14 and the server was not liking it! So there’s no way that 47 is possible, it’s just a glitch!

14 is hella good I can probably run like 5 max because of my internet speeds. But yeah sorry, don’t really have a solution for ya. Good Luck!

Yeah I have pretty good upload and also a decent server that can encode well! And thanks, hopefully it fixes itself soon!
