Player Version#: dont know where to find it
New to plex. I have the android plex app on my smart tv and the plex server on my desktop on the same network. When I go to my films > library on my tv I get to see the loading icon indefinitely without it even loading my movies. I know the connection is ok, I can cast from my desktop to my tv and have the list of newly added films on my tv which I can play with no issues.
Anybody know what the issue might be?
