User is unable to view content on my server. Endless loading wheel

Server Version#: 1.40.0.7998
Player Version#: Unsure. This has happened on their Android Phone, Smart TV and desktop.

A friend is unable to view any content on my server. When attempting to they are greeted with an endless loading wheel. All other users do not have any issues. I’ve attached logs for review.
The last time they attempted to log in was tonight 2/20/24 around 8PM EST.

I was able to find the entries for them trying to connect starting at this time stamp: Feb 20, 2024 19:59:35.019 and there are various entries continuing until this time stamp: Feb 20, 2024 20:01:42.328.

Any review/help would be greatly appreciated. I’ve been trying to figure out if its something on my end (I assume it has to be) or theirs and I’m slowly losing my mind.
