Library Moved to new PC, Libraries show up, no Manage Library options

Hi! I just migrated my PLex server to a new PC (Win 11) from my old PC (Win 10) following the Plex Guide. But I’m noticing a few issues

When I run Plex Media server (local IP) I can see all my libraries listed on the left hand side they are currently all empty (“Not found
We’re having trouble finding this page. It might have been deleted” message) and when I click the 3 dots the only options I have are Unpin and Reorder. (Also is there a way to retain the “date added” info?)

I’m also noticing when I go into the Settings Menu>Manage>Libraries I’m seeing ZERO libraries

And under settings>Manage Library Access I’m showing ‘No friends with Access’

I’m guessing that the 2nd and 3rd issues are normal, but did I miss something to cause the first issue?
