Library on NAS

Hello, I’m new on Plex since one week… I installed Plex Media server in a Samsung mobile device and I have my media files in a WD MyCloud 2Tb (WDBCTL0020HWT-E) with no PLEX manager.

When I woud add a new media library on Plex Media Server, I can’t connect my plex media server with my NAS (where I have my media library), only I can see the internal memory and SD card of my Samsung mobile device. It’s possible connect with my NAS to configure it as my media library?

Thank you

Plex server cannot be run on any Android device except the nVidia Shield Pro or the Western Digital “My Cloud Home” devices.
Your Samsung phone is only usable as a Plex client.

You will have to use a different NAS or install Plex server on a Windows, Mac or Linux PC.

Ok, thank you for the information…

But…with Rapsberry 4 Pi is possible to browse Lan hard disk (NAS) where I have my media files? Or only is possible to have a media library in local hard disk or SD Card?

Sorry, I cannot help you with Plex on the Raspberry Pi.
I understand it is possible, but you’ll need to learn your way around Linux and it’s command line interface to get that working.
