Library on TV has exclamation mark in triangle - will not connect

My Plex on TV and Win computer seems to be working fine in every area except my Library. It plays my videos fine on the computer, but on the Firestick Plex, beside the name I’ve given my Library, I have a triangle with an exclamation mark, and I can’t see my videos, as I can on the computer., or even the menu item Videos on the sidebar. I tried getting a log file but the url will not load on my browser. I have a VPN and anti- virus software, but I have tried to connect with both turned off, and the Firestick Plex still doesn’t see my Library.

could someone please help me out on this please? the only reason i have Plex is to transfer videos from my computer to my TV, which is 3 feet away. otherwise, this service is of no use to me. everything works fine on the computer, but the TV Plex is not doing what it claims to be able to do. is there no help from someone from the company?
