Exclamation Mark in Triangle Against server name in Fire TV Cube Plex Client

Hi,

For some reason my share folder are no longer visible on my Fire TV Cube. It seems to coincide with a FireTV Cube update, but I can’t be certain. I have a Fire TV Stick on another TV and that is working fine, as is access to the folder on the server that runs on my Synology NAS.

When I look at the Server name on my FireTV Cube there is a red triangle with an explanation mark in it. This is clearly an indication there is an issue, but I have no idea how to start troubleshooting. I have tried rebooting the wifi, NAS server, FireTV Cube. I have sign out and relinked the account. I have signed out and reclaimed the server. Beyond that I have no ideas.

OK this is fixed. It seems that after my Fire TV Cube did it’s update it reconnected to an old wifi network that was still live, but not the same as the one the Plex server was sitting on, hence it wasn’t able to connect. Moved it back to the correct wifi network
