Library plex media server completely broken / error msg

Hey, this is the msg I got tonight on my libraries except one. It seems it happened since I did “clean the bundle” here :

Before that I had a problem to update an anime that I deleted and plex didn’t want to delete it but nothing that much important…
It’s like it doesn’t detect anything, the external hard drive is working well, I checked, no problem for this, it’s really on plex media server it seems.
I tried to create a new library and it’s the same error message !
I don’t know what to do, I uninstalled plex on my nvidia shield but it didn’t change nothing and I’ve the feeling the problem is on the plex media server website account, not on my nvidia shield plex. I need your help…

And here for example, in the only library still working, some anime can’t be seen (example : Bleach) while before it worked, and additionnally the shows bugged are the ones I’ve seen >_< I don’t understand anything of this ■■■■, for example I can’t click on Clannad or Air or Bleach and it’s exactly the shows/anime I’ve already seen.

Plex doesn't want to me to delete or update a folder whatever I do

Server Version#: 1.30.0.6486 Player Version#: 9.13.1.37459 Hi, I’ve a problem since 2 days now. I wanted to delete an anime’s files and replace by another version with better bitrate, so I did it and then update base, but it didn’t change the files in my library. Then I tried to rename the folder, noting changed, no detection. I cut and pasted the files in another folder of my external drive and it still didn’t change anything, like if the update didn’t work and it doesn’t understand the file…
