Can you check the exact version numbers of the app on your devices. I cannot reproduce this yet.

It has been a month since I sent the requested logs without help or response. The current version of Plex app offered from amazon and google app store is 9.9.0.35519 yet the problem still remains. Can anyone offer any assistance on what that the root cause of this issue is? Thanks
