i have been using plex for years and years, i have been sharing my library with some family lately and can’t for the life of me find a solution to this!
my local account has myself and 3 other profiles, all have access to the 4 libraries with no issues.
however anyone i share the library with including a second account i made in an attempt to troubleshoot this, only the “main” user can access the 4 libraries, any other users on the account cannot access them and there doesn’t appear to be a way to give access, for example my ex wife has access and made 3 other profiles for children etc, only her profile can actually see the shared libraries.
does anybody have any ideas on what to try?
