Library sort does not work properly, and crashes

With the last few betas for the android tv version, when I go to the library and try to sort with anything either then default, for example release date, the library does not sort. It refreshes but remains the same default sorting. I would have to select sort by release date a couple of times to get it to work.

Also, after I sort the library to release date, I go into a movie or tv show to view details, and then back out to the library, the app crashes.

If I were to sort by release date and want to see the most recent items first, then back out of the library to plex home. If I were to come back to the library, the sorting is release date with the oldest items first, not the newest items that I selected.
