Hi, Please help, I have a lifetime pass however on that account I cannot add a library as the tab is missing. My other accounts are working but my lifetime pass account is basically useless. Is there any way my account can be reset PLEASE? email address of main account [email removed]

I’m sorry I have been out. Are you still having issue?
Your account is won’t affect the library creation in that manner.
When you say library “tab” do you mean the library section of your server settings? Are other server settings there?
