I have a movie Library however I cannot add another library for my music or anything else.Why?
IS this due to a free account? If it is I will resolve that fast.

move your mouse pointer over the text LIBRARIES on the left side of the screen
a + sign should appear, click it

  1. Library is not highlighted. nore does anything appear when I place my mouse over it. Library is greyed out.\
  2. I wish I could show you a screen shot.

Which server platform is this?
Which server version did you install? This looks like it is ancient.

it says up to date when I check it.

just tried under chrome! it works as u stated. explorer sucks apparently… ty for your insight!

Now to test everything.
If it works without issue for me I am purchasing this.

Is this probably on a Server edition of Windows? IE has additional protections activated on servers. They can be disabled, but I’d recommend just continue to use Chrome.
