I upgraded my plex account to a lifetime plex pass last night and I don’t have any options for a library, or to add one, to add a server, etc.
My settings options are SUPER limited… I’ve searched everywhere for hours today to no avail.
I did email customer support and they verified I have a lifetime pass but said they couldn’t do anything else.
Suggestions?

If your brother added you as a shared user, then it’s his server. Only the admin can create libraries. You cannot create a library on hos server.
Click on the house icon at the top left. That takes you to the home page. If you don’t see any libraries, click on “more” at the bottom of the list and you should see a list similar to the screenshot for your brother’s account. You can then choose to “pin” these to the home page.
