Hi, I’m running the latest Plex and Plex Server. For one of my libraries, the type is “Movies” because it’s mostly home movies, things like that. However, some of these movies aren’t and are able to be successfully matched. When browsing, the videos show the proper movie-poster image and all other movies also show poster-sized. But on the home page, they show as landscape and matched movies do not have a poster showing but rather just a screenshot like my unmatched home movies. I hope that makes sense. I’d like for these movies to show as poster-sized and not this landscape-sized layout regardless of whether it’s on the home screen or browsing/searching.
The agent selection “Personal Media” will cause posters to go landscape orientation.
Found a workaround. Move “Personal Media” libraries so that something such as “Music” is underneath it and the posters will go from landscape to portrait. This is def. some sort of bug.
