I’ve set up a VPS running Ubuntu 18.04 and loaded up Plex in a docker image. It’s working great, except that I can’t add anything to my library (it gets stuck endlessly, even though there’s only 4 movies in the folder).
This is a brand new server, it added one movie just fine, but ever since then it won’t add more. I did try to optimize the first movie and then cancelled it (so could there be a corrupt file someplace maybe?).
I’ve attached the logs, I can’t find anything that would lead me to the issue but I also don’t know where to look.
How long ago did you set up the docker? Have you updated the PMS version since then? Reason I ask is a few people have noticed metadata not updating after the latest software update.
I haven’t updated anything, I set the docker up yesterday.
Few more details: I’m using plex drive to link to my google drive account. I can definitely see that the files are there and they even show up if I go through the ‘add new library’ dialog-so I don’t think that’s the issue. Worth mentioning just in case though.
