Lifetime pass / media disappeared after password reset

After the data breach and password reset, I am listed as a new member even though I am a lifetime plex pass member. How do I fix this.

Do you maybe have different accounts or accidentally created a new account by signing up with “Sign in with Apple / Google / Facebook”?

I’ve merged your two posts as they’re most likely related to the same accident when you tried signing back in.

If you created a separate account (as implied by the fact that your account is considered to be new), you won’t be able to see the Plex Pass assigned to your original account nor access your server’s content (as it’s not linked to your new account).

Try to sign in, not sign up.
Preferably only sign-in with Google after you confirmed it’s the same e-mail address etc. as your Plex account. Plex cannot associate your Google ID with a Plex account if they’re running on different IDs.

Well, after reading your post, I realized that I created a new account. I signed in to my old account and changed my password. I had deleted my plex app on my tv because I thought it was necessary when I changed my password. After reinstalling the app, it is taking forever to load my media. Sure hope it just needs time. I am trying to delete the new account I made by accident but am not having much luck. First it said the password was wrong even though it was right, now it says it can’t find the page. I wander what I am doing wrong.
