Lifetime Plex pass and account

hello, I just bought a pless pass lifetime access but I can’t connect to my account, it says username or password incorrect. How can I do?
To explain more, I had 2 accounts and I deleted one as I have now a lifetime plex pass but I can’t connect any of both since I deleted the account I did not use anymore… I am afraid this caused my issue with the account I did not want to delete
I have sent a message to plex billing contact but it is said they don’t support at all so I am confused. How can I solve my problem? I have paid for a lifetime pass and cannot use it!!
