Plex account issues

Hi, I am working on combining mine and a friends plex server and media that plex looks at into one account. Everything is going fine, the account was set up and everything was fine. But this was before he knew I had a life time plex pass that was going to be used by the server. So after multiple email address changes, the accounts were all set up, or so i thought.
I now have an account that is sitting with a lifetime plex pass on it and a weird example email address, an incorrectly set password, and no way to get back into or change the password.
Is there anything that can be done with this, or is it just going to sit in limbo now?

Thank you for that. I sent an email through to the billing department, got a reply back asking to verify the purchase which is fine. Sent them the details they asked for, but haven’t heard anything since. Here’s hoping they get back to me this week…

That would explain why I never got an update then. I have sent it through again now, hopefully it made it this time.

Still no update on your ticket. Are you replying to the actual email chain or creating a new response from our contacts page?
