Recently there was a breach at Plex which, when I went to use Plex, it prompted me to change my password for my account, which I dutifully did. Problem is my password manager, not save the new password neither did my web browser.
The account was created, probably 11 years ago. I do not have access to the email address associated with my account. Some of my apps are still signed in. However, I cannot get access to the account and it has Plex pass lifetime on it. I would like access back
There is the way to contact Plex for support as it tells you to come here, so I’m hoping someone will have an answer for me
I’m hoping you’re a Plex staff member can you help me get this sorted as Plex pass is a lot of money that I can’t afford anymore
