It seems that I do not realy get this function. The remote video quality limiter is per stream or per total streams. Basically I would like to limit the maximum quality stream to 4mbit for each user as I don’t want them to use higher bitrate. Is this setting doing this or it is setting the maximum total bitrate per all users.
The Limit remote stream bitrate option under Remote Access sets the maximum quality per stream, not total for the server (that option is right above it “Internet upload speed”).
In this case there seems to be an issue with that funcion or the android app, i get an error saying that the bitrate is not enough and that it is set to 311kbps. For the time beeing I have desactivated the function to make the android app work.
