Limited Connection

I recently received an error message
" Limited Connection - MainServer"
“You are not connected directly to MainServer so streaming quality may be limited. You may be able to connect directly to this server by changing your home network settings. Learn more

I don’t understand it. I’m using a NAS and access it through a desktop computer.

Are you accessing any libraries shared with you from a friend’s remote server? Also… is the NAS with the server in the same network as your desktop (e.g. you’re not using it on a guest WIFI)?

No. NAS is connected to my network along with desktop.
