Newbie here at the end of my rope. Had Plex Media Server working on my RPi 4B two weeks ago, but stopped after a power failure. I’ve done everything including reimaging the sd card. When I try to go to the server IP address:32400/web, I get nothing. I have followed the instructions in the support document “Enable repository updating for supported Linux server distributions” several times but PMS just doesn’t seem to be installing correctly and running. This worked the first time, not sure what I’m doing wrong. Thanks.
Update: Was able to fix this though not sure why additional steps were needed on the second go around setting this up. In addition to the support article referenced above, I needed to add the https transport. Then I needed to run sudo apt-get install Plexmediaserver to get it to actually install. Again none of this was necessary the first time, but have it finally up and running now.
