PMS doesnt show on web after fresh install on Pi4

i have done fresh install on Pi4 on raspbian using repository. after installation success i have configured port-forward on my router so that i can access from public internet. when i access the plex web on public internet i received looking for servers error message, and when i access directly i see some xml configurations. I have reinstall and reset configuration coupls of times, but still fail
