Lip sync issues on LiveTV since latest Windows Server update

Using XMLTV?:
Channel number/Name: 55.2 METV and others
Since the latest W10 server update I experience frequent lip sync issues on my ROKUs running the latest PLEX Preview. In the past a restart and/or a seek back and play would fix this but nothing I do fixes the issue.
