List of show not show when I choose sort by "unwatched"

Enter one of my Libraries
Enter on my library that has almost 130 TV Shows
Choose Browse to list all, in the first time they are sorted by default, I like to sort by “unwatched”, when I pick this option the page not loaded, keeping gray cards without list the shows. The sort options don’t show too. (i’m sending a screenshots)
It happens in both devices, cellphone Android and iPad.

For Android
