Live TV and DVR problems on Nvidia shield, as Android TV

it works great on my Android phone instantly when I click watch live TV but when I click it on the Nvidia shield it takes a little bit of time and sometimes it won’t play and it will lag it out so I have to totally exit Plex as in shut the whole Plex app and running down and then started up again and sometimes it won’t go when I do it on my phone boom it’s there
