About 3 or 4 months ago I bought a WinTV-dualHD tuner to use it with my Plex server on an Nvidia Shield Tv 2017. It has not worked correctly at any time, it tunes all the channels correctly, they appear on the plex but on some occasions/ server updates there is a channel that was seen, sometimes through plex web, other times through Android TV very rarely on an android mobile device… the fact is that if someone bothers to check it, they will see that Live tv does not work on Nvidia Shield’s Plex server.
It goes without saying that today I have the latest versions of both the Plex server (Beta) and the Nvidia as well as the all Android TV Players.
