Hoping someone can help. I decided to finally ditch my media center PC and move my cablecard over to plex for live TV and DVR.
Unfortunately, I keep getting buffering interruptions during live TV viewing, and my recordings will have jumps in them where the recording buffered while recording. Happens on all channels.

Watching the dashboard, these interruptions are about 20 seconds. It almost seems as if a buffer is flushing periodically, causing the interruption in playback/recording.
I have a pretty robust system (server 2016, core i7, NVIDA Quadro P1000, NVME system drive, 32gb RAM, 22TB mirror tiered storage array, 2x1GBPS NIC team configuration. I also just upgraded the switch everything was connected to to try and alleviate any bottlenecks.
