Live TV buffering randomly on Android TV

Playback of Live TV stops with the Plex wheel spinning.
Clicking on the screen shows the timeline and usual program info.
Clicking back takes you back to channel listings
Sometimes (and not in these logs) the DVR channels have a yellow attention mark next to them and on Plex Live TV channels work.

Shield <> HDHomeRun are gigabit cabled - no WiFi.

There doesn’t seem to be a pattern to this issue.

DVB-T Signal is 100% and there is no wind or adverse weather conditions.

No such issue using the HDHomeRun app for Android TV.

This is another event with logs. This time Live TV was again buffering a bit ended up with this error:

The program was also recording at the same time.

Of course it buffers and is crap… The new muxer isn’t enabled for any clients besides mobile.

I don’t get it because its perfect on the HDHomeRun native Android TV app! Seems to me like there is some performance issue with the device since the infamous update.
