I have been experiencing this for a while.
When I have passthrough disabled there are no issues, when passthrough is enabled then when watching live TV the audio will keep cutting out. However, if I watch the same channel using the HDHomerun app there are no issues.
Previously I just left passthrough disabled, but I recently re-enabled it as I wanted it enabled for the movies I have been watching w/ 7.1 so it isn’t transcoded to opus. There isn’t a way to have it enabled for movie but disabled for live tv.
The client is on Nvidia Shield and have had this issue on all previous versions.
What is causing this and is there anything I can do to stop this without having to disable passthrough or use the HDHomerun app for live tv?
