Live TV channels with 'Unknown airing' don't show in mobile clients

I’ve noticed in the EPG if there’s not a full EPG for a channel, I can see it fine on the web client, but the channels are missing on the iOS and Roku clients (maybe others, but that’s all I’ve had time to test in our house). See here - Live TV listing issue - Album on Imgur
Is there a setting somewhere I’m missing to enable these channels on the mobile devices, or does every channel have to have an EPG for the non-web devices?
