Good Day Plex Community
Recently I have been using the Closed Caption option when watching Local Live TV through PLEX, when I enable the Closed Caption the video gets degrade from 720 to 480 or the video stops working. This does not matter which channel I am watching or the video quality. I am using the Chromecast TV using the 5GHz bandwidth, Plex Andriod app version 8.20.1.26670, and Linux server SSD software Version 1.24.0.4930. I am using HDHomeRun CONNECT QUATRO can watch Closed Captions on there with no issues.
Anyone have this issue or any ideas I have to fixed this would be very much wanted please
On the new version of software Version 1.24.3.5033 working better still a issue
Newest update now works better but after one hour is just buffering never goes back to the channel this is happen with and without CC on
This Version 1.24.5.5173 same problem but now it seems to have more issues with multi steams from the HD Tuner
