I have gone through a few of these Hauppauge WinTV-dualHD devices, they seem to overheat, can some recommend a decent device for Live TV, I’m in New Zealand and have a UHF ariel (Freeview)

I have received the HDhomerun and very happy with it. but I am unable to watch Live TV on my iPhone and iPad, I keep getting the following error
Apple TV is working ok, it seems to happen when I play from the What’s On Now and Shows On Now
