I’m using HDHomerun connected to my server and it used to work 100%, flawless since I installed it 2 days ago. However, now I can’t stream OTA live TV. I can play any other videos from my library; this is so strange, anybody has an idea what’s wrong?

Not a clue with the little detail you have provided.
More details like all of your versions (and not “the latest” please, the actual version numbers), your setup, logs, etc would help us help you.
What tuner do you have, what OS is your server on?
Looks like your signal may be weak? I would get that message when my signal was weak.
What determines weak signal? I’ve seen it a lot while at the same getting perfect playback via the HDHR channel plugin as well as the HD home run client.
I’ve also submitted logs on two or three occasions for this iPad error and another that happens with attempted live playback and got no reply.
I would guess Plex determines whether the signal strength is good enough.
@DJ-BrianC - has your ever worked?
Mine did not work at first with my iPad and iPhones but discovered (with the help of some very helpful people here) that it was my iOS version that needed to be updated. Now I only get it when the signal is weak (usually just when storms are brewing and in full force). Otherwise it works great, even over LTE.
