Having continuous buffering problem with OTA tv/dvr with an i5 windows pc, and a pi 4, as servers and pc, iPad, android tv , roku, Samsung S10 and Xbox as plex players. as u see, a problem on every platform I try.
I’ve re-setup plex more than a few times, fiddled with settings, everything hardwired and nothing helps.
Very surprised to find out this is a problem with Plex (as stated by other threads). giving that this is a main selling Point for the Plex pass why is not fixed?
…so if it is my setup please help.
