Live TV & DVR not showing up on Apple TV Plex Menu

Player Version#: 7.6

I have 3 apple TV and Live TV/DVR work perfectly on 2 of them. On the other Apple TV, Live TV/DVR is not even a choice on the menu. I’ve check to see if I just don’t have it pinned, but it is not even an option. I’ve tried to delete and re-install the app/re-sign in to plex and this did not work either. I’ve also tried factory resetting my apple TV and then re-installing the app and this does not work either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
