Live TV & DVR - Program Suddenly Closes

Running the latest version of Plex Media Server ( 1.13.5.5332). Live TV plays and after 10-15 minutes the program being watched will suddenly stop and jumps to channel selection (Watch) screen. No error, just closes and program terminates.

Sometimes can simply re-click watch and tv program will start back up. Other times it does not, other times end up having to back out of Plex app on AppleTV and go back in. Sometimes there seems to be a delay going back in.

Is this a bug or a setting that needs to be modified?

I, personally, have no idea and haven’t had that problem, but I don’t use Apple TV. I’d expect somebody to ask for logs on the Plex server. Also, you may want to see if it is specific to Apple TV (determine if other platforms have the issue, and determine if others that use Apple TV have the issue, etc.). I’m not sure if there is an Apple TV section in the forums.

I use live TV on Roku and Plex Media Player (PMP has an issue when skipping around that crashes PMP, but not the issue you described). I don’t use Roku live TV too much, but don’t have the problem you described.
