Device Losing Server Connection

Server Version#:1.18.0.1913-e5cc93306 (NVIDIA Shield)
Player Version#:2.12.14020 (Apple TV)

I just got Plex set up over the weekend but have am having problems with it working on our Apple TV. Specifically, it seems to randomly lose its live TV stream (if watching it) or doesn’t have any of the guide info populate and won’t let me select a live TV channel (if I go into the app after doing something else). It usually is resolved by either exiting the app and re-entering it, or by restarting the Apple TV. I have tried reloading the app and a restore on the Apple TV itself. Interesting, this only seems to happen on one of the two Apple TVs I am using it for, but the models are slightly different (working fine on the 64gb 4th gen 4k model, issues on the 32gb non-4k 4th gen model). Everything is ethernet connected and the SHIELD is set up to never sleep. The Apple TV has no other network drop related issues on any other streaming service we have used this weekend (netflix, hbo, etc)

I have attached logs from the Apple TV app and Server. From what I can tell, around 19:06:16 (ATV log) on 1/5 is the most recent event capture where my stream just stopped for no reason. This doesn’t seem to line up with an error at the same timestamp on the server, but not sure how perfectly the clocks are in sync. There are some noted errors in the server log as well, clustered around 19:08.

Any help here would be appreciated, as this is a pretty frustrating issue. I also posted this on the streaming devices forum since I am not sure without some help if it is a device or server problem. Thanks!
