I wish you could record multiple instances of a show. For instance: the office comes on at 11:30 12 and 1. There is no way for me to catch all 3 episodes. I can only record the most recent one coming up or the one on now and then have to set the next one after the previous recording stops…
Side note: the limit to airing time when hitting the record icon and then Advanced doesn’t even show the actual airing times.
If you set it to new and repeats it will record all episodes that are not already on disk. The exception would be if the episode is SD and then an HD is on later.
I don’t have an option for that. I’m also using xml for a guide since plex doesn’t show channels with no guide information. Only one show which uses dummy xml information allows me to do all episodes. Plex doesn’t recognize anything as a tv show/series except for the one channel i have dummy xml information in for 2 hours on a specific channel.
