Its possible to give invited Friends Access to the Live TV & DVR ?
Currently only Home User see this.

No it is not possible. Live TV & DVR is intended for home users only as you discovered.

Nothing’s impossible… but as usual Plex won’t confirm what’s on their roadmap or when some features might arrive.
Considering Plex has stated before that this is the intended behavior I would not currently bet on this feature being expanded to non-home-users. Then again… who am I to know
