I just finally set up Live TV & DVR on my plex server.
Trying to figure out if and how I can allow my friends to access the live TV. Automatically allowed my login to get this but they aren’t seeing it.
Several already cut the cord.
You will need to login to your account remotely to see Live TV or Record and create a recording Library to share.
Also check if you have a green tick for remote access in PMS settings
You cannot. Live TV is restricted to be used by yourself and members of your Plex Home – i.e. your immediate family

So only the main login would work? If I had a member as a user on the server can this be done? I.E. an 84 year old father
If you add the account to your Plex Home, it should work. Even if he has his own set of credentials.
