Hi, Plexpass member running latest public channel server.
Sharing media to remote “friends” and they cannot see the"Live TV & DVR " option.
Its not a client issue as I have logged in remotely using my account on their devices and the function works.
The FAQ says this function is available remotely but I cant find anything about sharing with “Friends” (settings > users and sharing > Friends)
Any ideas?

It is available remotely, but only to you and the members of your Plex Home.
Friends will not get access to your TV tuner. This is an intentional restriction.
ok, so this is fixed now, thanks to your comment, I now understand that “friends” can be people outside your home and not just physically within the 4 walls of your house as I previously thought.
I setup new accounts under home users and those people can now access LTV&DVR from remote.
You can also invite existing accounts into your home. This is for those cases, where the user shall have his/her own set of plex credentials.
