Live TV error could not tune channel

Server Version#: Not sure how to find this…
Player Version#:1.16.2.1297

Any live TV channel gives the error message “Could not tune channel”. Recording works just fine and after a re-boot I can watch live tv if I select a channel quickly. I’m guessing there is a conflict somewhere, not sure how to fix this??

Windows 10 PC using HD homerun external tuner with a cable card.

Everything was working fine for months but now I can’t watch live TV. Anyone help would be appreciated but I’m no computer expert so please explain anything in simple steps.

have same problem after update.
how do you delete tuner and reinstall

Have the same issue and deleting and reinstalling a tuner isn’t an option since the update. The page to do so won’t even load in the settings. Says “unable to load DVR’s” and shows the setup page which does nothing now.

Live TV is completely broken.

Thanks BillyCassels, that did the trick!

TylerV76 give this a try, it worked for me…

Do a reboot on the PC and and soon as possible open up the settings then select “Live TV and DVR”. Mine would also show “unable to load DVR’s” until I did this. Once there delete and reinstall.

After overnight web research

IMDb has stopped publishing the tv grid

It’s affecting world wide

Plex knew this was coming due to lawsuits filed against IMDb

So now what Plex???

Didn’t that happen a couple years ago? Doesn’t seem related to this issue as its able to be fixed by re-adding the tuners. The guide never stopped loading or refreshing.
