Im on plex 1.10 on freenas 9.10 and the Allow access to live TV option does nothing for my managed users.
What library do you have shared with these users?
my movie and tv show libraries, which isn’t everything.
I just went through this. You have to been on 1.11 for the server. When you go to check for server updates, show advanced and go to the bottom. You have to chose beta not public. The 1.11 is not a public release yet. This made live tv work for me. This is the only thing that worked for me.
There’s some weird restriction that you have to have a library shared with them before they can share Live TV. Don’t know why.
