Live TV sharing with Plex Home user isn't working even after allowing access

I’ve followed the “Allowing Plex Home members to watch Live TV” instructions provided in this link…

https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/115007689648-Watching-Live-TV

…but when I switch to the users that I enabled, nothing new shows up for those users. Only the primary admin user can see the “Program Guide”, and not the others that I’ve enabled per the instructions. Anyone know how to fix this?

PMS Version 1.10.1.4602 on Windows 10 (checking for updates through plex server settings says this is up to date).
Plex Player: Chrome Browser and Roku

You must be on 1.11.0 for the Live TV for users to be available.

You must not have the beta channel enabled for updates.

You can also go to plex.tv/downloads and check for updates. Just ensure the Plex Pass download is selected there.

Thanks @johnm_ColaSC . That worked. I wish they would put that information in the Help Article instructions.

Since the “Restriction” for sharing live tv was available on 1.10, I assumed that it should work when logging in with that plex home user account. It’s odd they would implement the restriction but not the rest of the capability in 1.10.

Thanks for the help.

The feature option to allow us to set users to see Live TV is enabled with a web update from what I recall, but the Server has to be at 1.11.0 for the feature to be available to users. I have asked that a note about the server version be placed on the page you referenced.
