Live TV for 'Sub accounts?"

I’m wondering if my sub accounts can use live TV, and if so how I set them up to.

“CyberCowboy” is my main, paying Plex Pass account

“Leech 1” is my son, who’s a sub of mine. he’d like to be able to watch live TV when he’s at school waiting for football practice to begin. Do I have to give him my ‘king’ account to do that or can I set permissions for his sub somewhere to allow this?

Linux Server, Version 1.13.5.5291
HDHomeRun Connect, and HDHomeRun Dual for converters.

he’s using an Android phone (Pixel 1) and can get the live TV on my same device using the main account.

Anyone who is a member of your Plex Home can get live TV privileges.
The check box is in the same place where you define the restrictions for this user.
