Got the DVR setup with an HD Home Run. Updated server to 1.8 and Android app is up to date. When I sign in under main admin account (For server maintenance, not my normal account) I can stream the live TV/record live tv through the “Program Guide” at the top. But if I switched to my other home account, I don’t see it. Also, my roomate and his Apple phone doesn’t see it either. I have the lifetime subscription - shouldn’t I be able to share this with all home users and externally located family I share Plex with?
DVR functionality only works with the main (admin) account. So, are you able to share DVR with other accounts… no. Would we all like to share with other accounts… Yes. Hopefully, in the near future.

Use this plex channel for your home users for live TV for the time being. This channel will run on the same plex server install as the new plex DVR:

Grant each home user access to the newly created channel section.
Boooya Live tv for your home users, web client,remote users and roku if you have one!
Any date on having access to the Program Guide and Recording Schedule for other accounts?
