I got Plex pass subscription.
I have 5 family members as managed users on my server.
It seems like the live tv feature not are on all platforms, the option is not on my Qnap hosted plex server, but if I log in to the web app at Plex.tv then I got it … but my users don’t!!
I wonder why my users not got the new live tv feature, how can I enable it for them?
please enlighten me, thanks in advance!
Have you enabled it for your managed users? If I remember correctly, most online media sources come „disabled for managed users“

The bundled/locally installed version of Plex Web is not yet at the minimum release required to support this feature. That’s why you see it working on http://app.plex.tv/desktop but not directly on your QNAP).

It helped me a whole lot. It was me who not hat it enabled.
It works now on the desktop https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!
But seems not to be supported yet on my Linux server nor from my qnap NAS. “Staying tuned” 
Guees I have to spend a weekend to catch up with all these nice new features in Plex.
