Live TV from HDHomeRun

Just a few comments on the preview app. Really enjoying the MPEG2 support from a HDHomeRun for live TV. Playing recorded shows now does direct stream which is great. However playing live TV from the discover area does take quite a bit longer to start. About 4 seconds to start a recording to about 20-30 seconds to start a live TV channel. Im sure it has to do with re-packaging the content out of the container for the roku but just something I noticed.

I’m running preview app 6.2.3 on my Roku outboard unit as well as on our main TV which is TCL and Roku, both are still being forced to transcode mpeg-2 streams from our hdhomerun prime for the 3 network channel feeds the show to eventually time out after about five minutes of viewing and Plex shows the “weak signal” error message.
From what I recall the version 6.2.2 removed the forced transcoding but it seems to be back now on version 6.2…3. Is there any way to downgrade the preview channel to version 6.2.2?

I’d also appreciate some “coding love” for the live TV streams. It’s nearly impossible to watch live sports via Plex while also chatting about them online, because you’re about 30 seconds behind. You can often what happens before you get to see it. Seems like an excessive lag for what is essentially just repackaging a live stream and direct playing it.
